The Sex - Morning when most people have a routine that is almost the same as a shower and breakfast. But there are some other routines that should be done in the morning.

Most people do not feel the spirit and feet when you wake up in the morning. But if you start the day with exercise, stretch your muscles and increase the heart rate can increase energy and mood throughout the day.

A. Take a walk

For a balanced exercise routine morning walk can be started with a light in the surrounding environment and gradually increase the speed for at least 20-30 minutes every day.

2. Yoga in the morning
Start with basic flexibility and balance training by doing yoga a few minutes. Yoga is known to effectively relieve stress and promote relaxation and muscle mengecangkan.
