Positive Thinking to Improve Your Vision


Are you among those who experienced little difficulty in reading traffic signs on the highway? If you belong to a group of people, there are studies that will give reasons why this is through research that links between the vision with your mindset.

The study of this is done a few stages. The first phase of research conducted on the prospective student pilot at MIT's Reserve Officers Training Corps to perform simulations in aircraft flight simulator with full uniform, looking at the obstacles on the screen and perform flight maneuvers.

After that, students are faced with the actual flight. The result is about 40 percent of the participants in the intervention group had better visual skills in the simulator than being in a real situation.

Later in the second part of the study, participants were told that the exercise will be done to improve vision. Students are required to perform children's games such as jumping and running around.

The result, students who took the game as a sport, experiencing a greater improvement in vision than students who underestimate the practice whereby only the usual game.

From this it can be concluded that the ability of a person's vision can be improved naturally based on ability and way of thinking of each person. Positive mindset and believing in yourself can have a profound effect on the ability of your eyes.
