These people were trying to get a variety of comfort food that tastes good, creamy and fatty foods that might have provided some solace to him for several hours. Eat regularly and choose snacks that are high in fiber, fruits, vegetables, low-fat yogurt and cheese to break the cycle in which you want to open the fridge and eat healthy food tasty but not continuously.

3. Find Glikeminya Index Foods Low
Make sure most of the carbohydrates you eat have glikemi index (GI) is low to generate sustainable energy. Pasta, brown rice, dried beans and sweet potatoes are a good example for this kind of food. For snacks, you could try carrots, celery sticks, popcorn (popcorn) without butter and rice cakes.

4. Prepare Healthy Meals at Home
