The Sex - Make this a pee Nahan People Can not Sleep

The Sex
The Sex - Some people can survive not pee during sleep, while others could not resist the urge to pee. Now researchers are able to uncover a little of this mystery.

New research suggests the condition is associated with a particular protein which controls the bladder capacity to hold pee before needing to be removed or emptied.

"Under certain conditions there may be a disorder of circadian rhythm so that the amount of protein produced is wrong, this protein called connexin43," said Andrea Meredith from the University of Maryland, as quoted by LiveScience, Monday (05/14/2012).

Researchers hope to find connexin43 protein could lead to new therapies for proper protein production so that it can help children or adults are often awakened at night to urinate.

In a previous study has shown that increasing the amount of connexin43 would reduce the function of bladder capacity, which is only required less fluid to bring up the urge to urinate.

Overall the study found the amount of connexin43 changes according to a person's biological clock. If the amount is wrong or the protein's biological clock is not active then it is possible someone will be more frequent awakening at night due to the urge to pee.

"This study explains why healthy people do not urinate during sleep, when viewed from the perspective of bladder function," says co-author and a urologist Dr. Akihiro Kanematsu of Hyogo College of Medicine in Japan.

But both Dr. Kanematsu and Meredith said some conditions such as stress can disrupt the body's biological clock as well as the production of proteins that can affect the capacity of the bladder.
