In summary, the ways to avoid bad breath when fasting is as follows:

- Brushing your teeth after eating a meal and waking

- Clean between your teeth using special threads (Flossing). Do not use a toothpick to replace threads

- Use a toothbrush to clean the tongue

- Use anti-bacterial mouthwash that contains no alcohol

- Tooth cavity should be patched to prevent the accumulation of food residue on it

- Cleaning of tartar to the dentist at least every 6 months

- Drink at least 2-3 glasses of water at dawn
